| Summary, etc. | Si le passage adolescent comprend la nécessité d’accéder à sa féminité ou sa masculinité, dans cette phase difficile, les difficultés rencontrées ne sont pas les mêmes suivant les sexes.Les craintes et les souffrances névrotiques concernant le féminin entravent la vie sociale et affective de ces jeunes. Cette situation est parfois d’autant plus désolante que le machisme qui en découle affecte aussi la vie de leurs compagnes… Et si information et éducation sexuelles restent le plus souvent sans effet sur ce « complexe du féminin », une aide psychothérapique avertie peut être précieuse pour ces jeunes.Cependant, ces angoisses concernant le féminin ne renvoient pas toujours à des problématiques névrotiques mais concernent parfois de réels problèmes d’identité sexuelle, voire l’assise même de la personnalité des adolescents, laissant craindre de possibles évolutions psychotiques ou bien des problématiques dites « borderline ». Comme le montre l’analyse de la pièce de théâtre de Frank Wedekind L’éveil du printemps, dans de telles situations, des passages à l’acte suicidaire graves peuvent se produire. D’où l’importance clinique du repérage de ces jeunes à risque et leur accompagnement. |
