The institutional framework in China favors their integration into the national energy plan. The empirical study of Japanese CDM implemented in China (2005-2011) shows that the mechanism represents a distribution channel for green technologies: about one third of these projects leads to the diffusion of sustainable technologies and/or the implementation of training schemes in China. | ||
