520 _aThe author suggests to widen the classical conception of the Oedipus complex by interpreting borderline narcissistic disorders, in child, adolescent and adult, as unavoidable distorsions showing a primary Oedipus complex extremely fluctuating under the pression of an infantile and untameable polymorphic sexuality. From this hypothesis, a new sight is necessary on the current aspects of civilization and its discontent as well as on the transgender phenomena. The clinical case is about and adolescent who becomes upset when he discovers the power of his archaic link to his mother. This case shows that the oedipal conflict stems frequently for a kind of non-psychotic madness. The discussion of the case allows us to better understand the fragility of a primary Oedipus complex which takes various forms from a wide spectrum. This new understanding demands from the psychoanalyst to be listening and to intervene in a renewed way.
