The text, based on a literature review, provides an overview of the use of NICTs in the health and social services system by raising various issues relevant to social workers, social intervention practice, and the people they support. More broadly, it aims to reflect on the relationship that professionals have with the working conditions marked by ICTs in the health and social services sector, and the responsibility of health and social services organizations with regard to good governance in their use.
