Two different methodological approaches were used to interpret the same scientific data in the context of neuropathic pain treatment. These methodologies influenced the prescription intentions of general practice residents. This example illustrates the evidence-based medicine approach to the prescription of drugs, even if the level of evidence is low in the two vignettes presented. | ||
