| 520 | _aRésumé En prenant appui sur le lien de confiance – parfois de longue durée – établi entre le pédiatre et la famille, le psychothérapeute peut se permettre d’entrer dans ce système de façon tangentielle mais cependant incisive. Une séance de consultance peut orienter soit le suivi par le pédiatre, soit la famille, vers de nouvelles perspectives mobilisatrices, soit également déboucher sur une démarche psychothérapeutique. Les particularités de cette collaboration et de ce type d’intervention sont mises en évidence et illustrées par des vignettes cliniques décrites à la fois par la psychologue et par le pédiatre. Cet article est basé sur une pratique commune d’une dizaine d’années. | ||
| 520 | _aWith the support of a trustful relationship – sometimes existing already for a long time – between the pediatrician and the family, the psychotherapist may enter in this system trough a tangential yet incisive way. A unique consultative session may have effects at different levels : to advise the pediatrician in his follow up of the family, to give new viewpoints to the family members that open up possibilities for change. It may end up in a request for psychotherapy. The particularities and specific ways of intervening during such a session are presented and concretely illustrated by clinical vignettes. The article is written conjointly by one psychologist and by one pediatrician, and based on a ten years practice of collaboration. | ||
