Cet article présente l’analyse d’un dispositif de formation de praticien formateur mis en œuvre au CHU Vaudois (Suisse). Cette analyse montre comment le travail conjoint sur les axes du soin et de l’éducation favorise la transition du rôle d’infirmier référent à celui de praticien formateur et la construction d’une identité professionnelle bi-culturelle. Le praticien, ainsi formé, peut effectivement accompagner les apprenants dans une perspective soignante et mieux gérer les tensions émergeant de la confrontation des différentes logiques en présence. Une évaluation de l’expérience et des pistes de développement pour le dispositif de formation sont présentées. | ||
| 520 | _aThe nurse preceptor holds a specific role in the healthcare staff linked with both educational and nursing cultures. This article presents the analysis of the training program developed at the CHUV (Switzerland). The analysis indicates how the training model centered on the fields of nursing and education, improves the development of a bi cultural identity, and the implementation of the preceptorship role. This training model effectively enables nurse preceptors to support students learning in a care perspective and allow them to cope with the potential conflicts between educational and nursing approaches. An evaluation of the training experience and some potential directions for the program are discussed. | ||
