Face au champ des possibles des formations, les classes préparatoires aux écoles supérieures d'art constituent un choix original pour un jeune, encore plus pour un bachelier professionnel. Élèves atypiques dans des classes atypiques, leur présence interpelle : pour quelles raisons choisissent-ils ces études, quels sont leurs objectifs et qu'attendent-ils de l'année préparatoire ? Les déterminants de l'orientation de ces bacheliers professionnels, invisibles au sens statistique, sont abordés à partir des représentations des jeunes.

In the context of the scope of the possibilities of higher studies, prep art schools are a novel choice for youths, even more so for those with a vocational baccalauréat. Atypical students in atypical classes, their presence begs the questions : why do they choose these studies, what are their goals and what they do expect of this preparatory year ? The determinants of the choices of these youths, who are invisible in the statistical sense, are discussed from the point of view of their representations.

Frente al campo de los posibles en formación, las clases preparatorias de las escuelas superiores de arte constituyen una opción original para un joven, aún más para un bachiller técnico. Alumnos atípicos en clases atípicas, su presencia interpela : ¿por qué razones eligen estos estudios, cuáles son sus objetivos y qué esperan del año preparatorio ? Los determinantes de la orientación de estos bachilleres técnicos, invisibles estadísticamente, se abordan a partir de las representaciones de los jóvenes.

Angesichts einer Vielzahl an Ausbildungsmöglichkeiten ist für einen jungen Menschen die Wahl einer „Classe préparatoire“ (Vorbereitungsklasse) für eine höhere Kunstschule eine außergewöhnliche Entscheidung, umso mehr für Berufsabiturienten. Es sind atypische Studenten in atypischen Klassen, ihre Anwesenheit fällt auf : warum entscheiden sie sich für dieses Studium, was sind ihre Ziele und was erwarten sie vom Vorbereitungsjahr? Mit der Darstellung solcher junger Menschen, die nicht in den Statistiken erscheinen, wird untersucht, welche Determinanten die Laufbahnwahl der Berufsabiturienten ausschlaggebend sind.
