Cet article présente les outils qui nous permettent de conduire les cures des patients présentant une psychose. Lacan les a élaborés tout au long des séminaires et des textes écrits. Tous, rapportés ici, ont gardé leur pertinence mais la clinique borroméenne a ouvert de nouvelles perspectives quant à soutenir, avec nos patients, la construction d’un savoir-faire avec le réel.

This article presents the tools that enable us to conduct treatments for patients with a psychosis. Lacan developed these tools throughout his seminars and written texts. All of them, reported here, have retained their relevance, but the Borromean clinic has opened up new perspectives on how to support our patients in the construction of a know-how with the real.
