Mais l’épreuve que constitue la pratique en institution nous confronte à ce risque de ne plus rien voir, ne plus rien entendre et ne plus rien en dire. Nous supposons que la mise en mots des vécus des équipes soignantes par la création de dispositifs, d’espaces du dire du côté des soignants est un préalable indispensable à la relation soignants-soignés. C’est par la relation soignant soigné qu’il peut y avoir du soin à condition que soit dans un autre temps, questionner ce qui se joue, se re-joue, devrions nous dire dans cette relation, sinon au risque d’un retour au même forcément épuisant pour le soignant.
