<br/><br/> Cet article situe l’œuvre freudienne dans l’histoire des sciences. Il pose les préalables nécessaires, philosophiques et méthodologiques, à un dialogue entre psychanalystes et neurobiologistes. Suit une évocation comparative du système perception-conscience chez Freud et chez Dehaene. Il se termine par la mise en exergue de convergences et de divergences, dont surtout le problème du refoulement qui rend le rapprochement conceptuel pour l’heure difficile, nonobstant certains rapprochements.  This article situates Freud’s work within the history of the sciences. It begins by setting out the necessary preconditions, methodological and philosophical, for a dialogue between psychoanalysts and neurobiologists. This is followed by a comparative evocation of the perception-consciousness system in Freud and Dehaene. It concludes by highlighting the points of convergence and divergence, in particular the problem of repression which makes a conceptual rapprochement difficult at present, notwith­standing certain rapprochements.  Este artículo sitúa la obra freudiana en la historia de las ciencias. Avanza ciertas bases necesarias, filosóficas y metodológicas, para un diálogo entre psicoanalistas y neurobiólogos. Se sigue con una evocación comparativa del sistema percepción-conciencia en Freud y en Dehane. Por último son señaladas convergencias y divergencias, y se hace hincapié en el problema de la represión que vuelve la aproximación conceptual difícil por ahora, a pesar de ciertas aproximaciones.  Dieser Artikel ordnet das Freudsche Werk in die Geschichte der Wissenschaften ein. Er stellt die notwendigen philosophischen und methodologischen Vorbedingungen für einen Dialog zwischen Psychoanalytikern und Neurobiologen dar, gefolgt von einem Vergleich des Systems Wahrnehmung-Bewusstsein bei Freud und bei Dehaene. Der Artikel schließt mit der besonderen Betonung auf die Konvergenzen und Divergenzen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf das Problem der Verdrängung, das eine konzeptuelle Annäherung im Augenblick schwer macht; nichtsdestoweniger gibt es gewisse Annäherungen.  Questo articolo colloca l’opera freudiana nella storia delle scienze. Pone le premesse necessarie, filosofiche e metodologiche, per un dialogo tra psicoanalisti e neurobiologi. Segue un’evocazione comparativa del sistema percezione-coscienza in Freud e in Dehaene. Si conclude con la messa in esergo di convergenze e divergenze, fra cui soprattutto il problema della rimozione che rende l’avvicinamento concettuale per il momento difficile, nonostante certi avvicinamenti.
