<br/><br/> L’idée d’une armée européenne semble prématurée mais pas totalement utopique. En effet, développer un concept de sécurité européenne est indispensable au regard de l’évolution des positions de Washington. Il conviendrait dès lors d’engager une « européanisation » de l’Otan en s’appuyant sur l’existant.  The idea of a European army is perhaps premature, though not totally utopian. Nevertheless, it is essential to develop a concept of European security in the face of Washington’s changing positions. From now on we need to commit to Europeanisation of NATO, building on the existing structure.
