N2  - En concurrence pour les financements publics, les formateurs en insertion composent avec les attentes et les exigences, parfois contradictoires, de leurs différents « clients » : les stagiaires, les prescripteurs et les employeurs. A partir d’une étude en région Haute-Normandie, sont présentés ici des aspects peu abordés du travail des formateurs : la « coproduction » du service, l’élaboration du « diagnostic d’aptitude » du stagiaire, et la gestion des négociations avec leurs partenaires; ‪In competition to obtain public funding, the trainers strive hard to come to terms with the expectations and the demands, in part contradictory, of their different "clients" : the trainees, the prescribes and the employers. Based on a study on the region of Haute Normandy, this article presents certain aspects of the work of the trainer, which are rarely dealt with : the "coproduction" of the service, the elaboration of the "diagnosis of aptitude" of the trainees and the management of the negotiations with their partners. ‪; En competencia para el financiamiento público, los formadores en inserción hacen compromisos con las expectativas y las exigencias, a veces contradictorias, de sus diferentes “clientes” : los pasantes, los prescriptores y los empleadores. A partir de un estudio en la región Haute-Normandie, se presentan aspectos poco tratados del trabajo de los formadores : la “coproducción” del servicio, la elaboración del “diagnóstico de aptitud” del pasante y la gestión de las negociaciones con los interlocutores; ‪Im Wettbewerb um öffentliche Gelder, müssen die Ausbilder die im Bereich der beruflichen Eingliederung tätig sind, die zum Teil widersprüchlichen Erwartungen und Anforderungen ihrer verschiedenen "Kunden" erfüllen : die Praktikanten, die Entscheidungsträger und die Arbeitgeber. In einer Studie, aus der Region der Haute-Normandie, werden die weniger thematisierten Aspekte der Arbeit der Ausbilder angesprochen : die "Co-Produktion" des Dienstes, die Entwicklung von Methoden zur "Erkennung der Eignung" der Praktikanten sowie das Management wie man mit den Partnern verhandelt.‪
