<br/><br/> This text refers to the economics and dynamics of passionate states, considered as operators of powerful affects that concern both the psyche and the body. The question of what forms the basis of the behaviours fuelled by the passions is examined by the author?; examples drawn from myths and legends, from literature, as well as some clinical material, provide some support for her hypotheses.
