N2  - Many studies have shown that prodrome symptoms can be identified months or even years before the onset of psychosis. Different criteria of at-risk mental states have been defined. Numerous studies have also shown the effectiveness and value of an early-stage intervention. Unfortunately, very few centers have been created in France to date.
