<br/><br/> Very early in his research on the psyche, alongside Fliess, Freud was convinced of the original bisexuality of every human being, a conviction that would be confirmed in his clinical observations. This discovery allowed him to understand that it is the drive that creates the object: it is faced with multiple choices of objects that it will be able to invest in, and this is what accounts for the mobility of object cathexis, whether it is hetero, homo, or bisexual.
