<br/><br/> In its decision of August 12, 2022, the French Constitutional Council validated the installation of a floating LNG terminal in the port of Le Havre. In so doing, it adopted an unprecedented interpretation of the right to live in a healthy environment. This contribution analyzes the discrepancy between the decision in favor of the installation of the floating port, on the one hand, and the energetic interpretation of the Environmental Charter, on the other.
