<br/><br/> This article aims at clarifying some contextual elements of the development of coaching as a “new” professional practice. It points out the psychologization of organizational phenomena which prevents a true individuation process and a more lucid approach of the forces which may oppress the employees.Then it proposes ways toward a socially responsible approach to such a practice.
