In these meals, red wine is consumed according to prescriptions, in particular in the “dust ritual”. This drink represents the naval origins of the arm and depicts a sort of identity claim, especially in the song “Les Biffins”. The research showed that wine consumption seems to be significant for the virility of the group, though the symbolic probation it constitutes, and for the links between members of a main group, though the social merger that is induced by collegial consumption in the “dust ritual”.
