Le débat éthique de notre monde pluraliste avec la concurrence des différents points de vue exprimés amène chacun à se demander en quoi peut bien consister un jugement moral en général et un jugement moral chrétien en particulier et ce qui peut en fonder la légitimité. A partir de cette situation, l’article se fait leçon de choses pour montrer comment et à quelles conditions il est possible de prendre « le jugement moral » comme objet de recherche et de le problématiser en théologie morale quand la foi façonne une manière de voir l’existence et l’être humain.

The ethical debate of our pluralistic world with competition from the different points of view expressed brings everyone to wonder what may well be a moral judgment in general and a Christian moral judgment in particular and which can establish the legitimacy. From this situation, the article is a lesson to show how and under what conditions it is possible to take a « moral judgment » as an object of research and problematize it in moral theology when faith shapes a way to show the existence of the human being.
