La Tunisie vient d’adopter une nouvelle constitution qui a procédé à l’intégration d’un ensemble de principes liés à l’environnement. En effet, la nouvelle constitution a reconnu clairement le droit à un environnement sain et équilibrée, un objectif de développement durable qui gouverne une grande partie des dispositions constitutionnelles, un droit à l’eau, la protection du patrimoine, la lutte contre la pollution et la protection du climat... La constitution tunisienne s’inscrit ainsi dans la nouvelle génération des constitutions du XXIe siècle.

Thus, the Tunisian constitution is taking a part of the new generation of 21st century constitutions.
