La crise sanitaire a bousculé les organisations, tant publiques que privées. L’adaptation s’est faite dans l’urgence, du jour au lendemain, et le confinement a servi de révélateur des forces et des fragilités des établissements et services, avec parfois de graves dysfonctionnements. Le confinement est aussi un révélateur de l’augmentation de l’exigence d’autonomie, aussi bien pour les professionnels que pour les personnes accompagnées, et c’est une source croissante d’insécurité sociale.

The health crisis has shaken organizations, both public and private. The adaptation was done in emergency, from one day to the next, and the confinement served as a revelation of the strengths and fragilities of the establishments and services, with sometimes serious dysfunctions. Confinement is also an indicator of the increasing demand for autonomy, both for professionals and accompanied persons, and it is a growing source of social insecurity.
