In this article, we will see how the integration through economic activity professions have evolved significantly. Thus, the overall objective of the structures has been refocused on the professional integration of certain sectors of the population. On the other hand, we will analyze how the solidity of the trio composed of the supervisor, the coach, and the director, as well as the training in the production situation, play an essential role in the sustainable integration of the people supported. Finally, we will highlight the innovative capacity of SIAEs, which enables them to create jobs locally for people struggling to find employment.
