La problématique des « dysphories de genre », et des enjeux de l’identité sexuée, de ses aléas et des demandes de transitions est un « laboratoire » nouveau, singulier et exponentiel. On posera ici – à partir de deux vignettes cliniques – quelques premiers jalons d’une réflexion tant clinique et technico-thérapeutique (depuis la « demande », la position d’écoute, les enjeux contre-transférentiels et les possibilités d’un processus élaboratif) : qu’au niveau théorique et psychopathologique (plaidoyer pour un « travail d’identité » intégrant la question du sexuel et de la pulsion, mais aussi de « l’autre » et de l’intersubjectivité voire du transgénérationnel dans les processus de subjectivation, le plus loin possible d’un auto-engendrement déniant tout manque et toute altérité) : et enfin de la pleine mesure des multiples dimensions impliquées des images du corps et du travail d’appropriation subjective des expériences et autres mouvements et figurations du corps « en relation »…

The issue of “gender dysphoria”, and the issues of sexual identity, its hazards and the demands of transitions is a new, singular, and exponential “laboratory”. We will pose here – from two clinical vignettes – some first milestones of a reflection both clinical and technical-therapeutic (from the “demand”, the listening position, the counter-transference issues and the possibilities of an elaborative process); that at the theoretical and psychopathological level (advocacy for an “identity work” integrating the question of sexuality and drive, but also of the “other” and of intersubjectivity or even of the transgenerational in the processes of subjectivation, the as far as possible from a self-creation denying all lack and all otherness); and finally of the full extent of the multiple dimensions involved in the images of the body and the work of subjective appropriation of experiences and other movements and representations of the body “in relation”…
