Les patientes atteintes d’un cancer à haut risque de récidive font face à des interrogations et à des demandes de traitements et de soins de support spécifiques. L’arrivée possible de nouvelles thérapies ciblées pour « renforcer » l’action de l’hormonothérapie suscite de l’espoir mais aussi un besoin d’information, d’accompagnement et de suivi spécifiques dans la période délicate de transition « après-cancer ». Identifier les attentes des patientes et des associations paraît essentiel.

Patients affected by cancer at high risk of recurrence face a number of questions, treatment needs and specific supportive care. The possible arrival of new targeted therapies to “strengthen” endocrine therapy raises hope, but also the need for specific information, support and specific monitoring during the difficult transition period “after cancer”.
