This text is a testimony of the ways in which Maud Mannoni was present at Bonneuil between 1974 and 1998. It describes the family atmosphere, the diversity of locations and the polyphonic discourse in different spaces: meetings with children and young people, with parents and professionals. It describes how Mannoni instilled and maintained an analytical orientation in the daily life shared with the children. After his death, the institution had to face up to administrative pressures and the risk of erasure of its analytical orientation. The mobilization of the team succeeded in avoiding a merger-absorption while seeking to preserve the creativity necessary for “real work” with the children.

Ce texte constitue un témoignage sur les modes de présence de Maud Mannoni à Bonneuil entre 1974 et 1998. Il décrit l’ambiance familiale, la diversité des lieux et le discours polyphonique dans différents espaces : réunions avec les enfants et les jeunes, avec les parents et les professionnels. Il décrit comment Mannoni insufflait et tenait une orientation analytique dans le quotidien partagé avec les enfants. Après sa disparition, l’institution a dû faire face aux pressions administratives et au risque d’effacement de l’orientation analytique. La mobilisation de l’équipe a réussi à éviter une fusion-absorption tout en cherchant à préserver la créativité nécessaire au « travail réel » avec les enfants.
