L’animation de la vie sociale, à travers centres sociaux et espaces de vie sociale, est un enjeu pour un développement durable dans la proximité. Cet enjeu mobilise les collectivités locales, les caisses d’allocations familiales, la Mutualité sociale agricole et les associations, acteurs locaux, habitants. Le pouvoir d’agir des habitants, à partir de leur expertise d’usage, est un ressort indispensable à une démocratie participative, dans des innovations et transitions en cours.

The promotion of social life, through social centers and spaces of social life, is an important issue for long-term local social development.
