RÉSUMÉAu gré des mutations économiques et géopolitiques en cours, la géographie des stocks et des flux se recompose en Europe. Le Grand Sud-Est français, qui présente une géo-logistique mosaïque, subit depuis un quart de siècle une accentuation des écarts entre espaces bien équipés et aires délaissées, au profit d’une concentration croissante. Dans ce contexte, l’article vise à dévoiler un large éventail de processus qui aboutissent à une recomposition multiscalaire du système spatio-logistique propre à l’espace étudié. Ces changements méritent une considération politique s’intégrant dans le cadre de l’aménagement du territoire.

ABSTRACTIn line with the economic and geopolitical transformations currently underway, the geography of stocks and flows is undergoing a major recomposition in Europe. In the greater French South-East, a geo-logistical mosaic, the gap between well-serviced and neglected areas has widened during the last 25 years, favouring larger conurbations. In this context, the purpose of this paper is to highlight the broad range of processes contributing to a multi-scale reorganisation of the spatio-logistical system in the area under consideration. These changes need to be taken into account in the political debate on rural and urban planning.
