The aim of this contribution is to envisage the key principles of “brief systemic therapy” applied outside the strict “psychotherapeutic” framework; a therapy that then takes on an original name: “brief systemic intervention.” After specifying the essential concepts used by this model of action on/in organizations (in the widest sense of the term)—and which fundamentally aims to solve the problems that repeatedly appear—our article considers two particular cases in which the various concepts listed have been used to the great benefit of the protagonists involved.
