This paper is based on the Rorschach and tat protocols of three adolescents who participated in the pilot study by the EvAdoGroupe research whose project is to evaluate the process of change in adolescent perpetrators of sexual abuse, undergoing group therapeutic care. Identifying the situations where sexual transgressions occurred within the family, in the context of blended families, is an opportunity to question the role of the issues of transmission in these situation. As the family group has a major role in the unfolding of the adolescent process, we may question the manner in which the involvement in violent sexual acting out in adolescence reflects the processes of transmission within the family. May this acting out be considered an attempt to give meaning to a lack of family structuring and to an experience of lack of differentiation? To address the questions raised in relation to this work, the analysis is based on the Rorschach and tat protocols and it is conducted on the basis of four lines of analysis which were developed in conjunction with the research hypotheses. By means of these four lines, the purpose is to identify elements of the intra-psychical and inter-subjective functioning of adolescents, bringing to light the underlying family issues.
