Dans cet article, l’auteur, psychanalyste et thérapeute de couple et famille, se propose d’examiner les différentes conceptions de la supervision, en se centrant sur la façon dont chacune facilite ou entrave la relation thérapeutique. La prise en compte des aspects inconscients de la relation superviseur/supervisé peut permettre d’instaurer une sécurité de base et de minimiser le potentiel négatif d'une telle relation, notamment en repérant les alliances inconscientes qui œuvrent dans ce sens.

The author is a psychoanalyst and couple/family therapist and she seeks in this paper to identify and examine the various conceptions of supervision and focus on those features of supervisory practice that are likely to either hamper or facilitate the treatment relationship. Consideration of the unconscious aspects of the supervisory relationship can here be conducted to provide a basic sense of security and minimise the negative potential within it, with special attention being paid to the unconscious alliances at work.
