Corporate health is a topical issue that affects employees and managers alike. However, the latter often seem to overlook the fact that their health is intimately linked to corporate social responsibility, as it contributes to the continuity of the company and thus plays an active role in value creation. The aim of this exploratory survey is to determine how executives and managers of small, medium-sized, and large companies, from different generations and different countries, perceive their health and its impact on the running of the organizations they manage.
