10 years of the @grh journal: the cartography of publications in human resources

The selection of 193 articles in the 44 issues of the journal between 2011 and 2022 highlights the main themes addressed, the methodologies used, and contributing authors. Our study relies on the development of an in-depth representation of the articles through the study of keywords, abstracts, themes, and authors using graphical tools with computer-assisted data analysis. The results highlight the predominance of themes widely addressed in the journal, and the most frequently used methodologies. This cartography allows the identification of frequently studied themes and offers research perspectives for emerging subjects and methods.
