| Summary, etc. | Cet article reprend la contribution de l’auteure au séminaire d’échanges entre les préventeurs des services de santé au travail et les chercheurs régionaux de la région Occitanie travaillant sur les risques psychosociaux1. Il vise à rappeler l’importance fondamentale du lien entre théorie et pratique en matière d’action en général et plus précisément pour l’enquête en psychodynamique du travail. Il en résulte pour l’auteure une vaine opposition entre chercheurs et praticiens puisque la psychodynamique du travail est à la fois indissociable d’une visée de transformation et donc d’action ainsi que d’une visée scientifique qui s’apprécie par la rigueur de sa méthode comme condition fondamentale de la recherche de la vérité sur le lien entre santé mentale et organisation du travail. |

| Summary, etc. | This article resumes the contribution of the author at the exchange seminar between the actors of health service at work specialized in risk prevention and regional researchers working on psychosocial risks in the Occitania region. It aims to remind the fundamental importance of the connection between theory and action in general and more precisely on the terms of the survey in psychodynamics of work. The result of the author is an idle opposition between researchers and practitioners, since psychodynamics of work is both inseparable from the aim of transformation and consequently action and from a scientific objective, appreciated by the rigor of its method as a fundamental condition of the search of the truth of the relation between mental health and the work organization. |

| Summary, etc. | El siguiente artículo retoma la contribución de la autora al seminario de intercambio entre las personas encargadas de prevenir en los servicios de salud laboral e investigadores regionales de la región de Occitania acerca de los riesgos psicosociales.Apunta a retomar la importancia fundamental que existe entre teoría y práctica en materia de acción en general y más específicamente para la investigación en Psicodinámica del trabajo.La autora constata una vana oposición entre investigadores y profesionales debido a que la psicodinámica del trabajo es a la vez indisociable de la acción, de la transformación y del rigor de su objeto científico que toma como condición fundamental de la investigación; la relación existente entre salud mental y organización del trabajo. |
