Ces lanceurs d’alertes attisent les passions des opinions publiques au risque de fragiliser les organisations prises pour cible. Les informations confidentielles et les rumeurs circulent alors rapidement, compliquant l’instauration d’un échange constructif entre les acteurs. Dans ce contexte, comment les dirigeants ancrent-ils un dialogue qui engage toutes les PP vers une gouvernance respectant les principes de la Responsabilité Sociétale de l’Entreprise ? Cet article propose de nouvelles règles et procédures permettant une négociation permanente avec l’ensemble des PP, une intégration rapide des acteurs jusqu’alors absents des discussions et un leadership partagé. |

| Summary, etc. | In the digital era, stakeholder defenders whose interests are not considered can reveal at any time on social networks a few companies’ excesses. These whistleblowers stir up the public opinion at the risk of weakening the organizations taken for target. Confidential information and rumors circulate quickly, and lead to complicating the establishment of a constructive exchange between the different actors. In this context, we seek to answer the following question : how can leaders implement a dialogue that engages all Stakeholders towards governance that respects the principles of the Company’s Social Responsibility ? This article proposes new rules and processes that will incorporate continuous negotiation with all stakeholders, a rapid integration of actors that have been absent from the discussions, and a shared leadership. |
