| Summary, etc. | Deux traités de Francesco Patrizi de Sienne (1412-1494), le De regno et regis institutione et le De reipublicae institutione posent la question de l’origine des pouvoirs à travers une réflexion sur la condition primitive de l’humanité, qui s’appuie principalement sur les sources du matérialisme antique. L’analyse des différents régimes politiques conduite par Patrizi s’inscrit dans la quête de légitimité du pouvoir princier dans l’Italie de la fin du xve siècle et se nourrit de la dimension historiciste de la pensée humaniste. |
