| Summary, etc. | La crise du Covid-19 a eu le mérite de bouleverser la plupart des textes. Les dispositions du droit OHADA ont révélé des insuffisances et une belle capacité de résilience. Ceci a permis d’éviter une paralysie notoire du droit OHADA. Le présent article vise à faire le bilan des dispositions procédurales et substantielles du droit OHADA. En effet sur le plan matériel aucune réforme n’a été initiée et on peut parler de statu quo textuel. Par contre on note une réactivité jurisprudentielle de la cour commune de justice et d’arbitrage de l’OHADA qui a réajusté les règles procédurales. La doctrine a proposé également des solutions pour renforcer la résilience de l’arsenal textuel de l’OHADA. |

| Summary, etc. | The covid-19 crisis has had the merit of upsetting most of the texts. The provisions of OHADA law have revealed shortcomings and a great capacity for resilience. This has prevented a notorious paralysis of OHADA law. The purpose of this article is to take stock of the procedural and substantive provisions of OHADA law. Indeed, on the material level, no reform has been initiated and we can speak of a textual status quo. On the other hand, there is a reactivity of case law of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration of OHADA which has readjusted the procedural rules. The doctrine also proposed solutions to strengthen the resilience of OHADA’s textual arsenal. |
