| Summary, etc. | Dans l’encyclique « Laudato si » (« loué sois-tu ») le pape se « propose spécialement d’entrer en dialogue avec tous au sujet de notre maison commune ». Ses sources sont diverses, multiples et riches. Ce sont d’abord les interventions de ses prédécesseurs immédiats depuis les années 60. Mais l’encyclique du pape François est la première qui soit entièrement consacrée à l’écologie, définie comme une écologie humaine intégrale, dans la triple relation constitutive de tout humain : relation à l’autre, à la terre et à Dieu. Le principe du bien commun est inséparable de l’écologie. C’est un appel aux dialogues bien organisés, transparents et systématiques, tout autant qu’un appel à une conversion écologique généralisée. On relèvera des éléments importants pour les négociations en cours sur le climat, et la conférence de Paris. |

| Summary, etc. | In the encyclical “Laudato si” (“Praise be to you”), the pope “proposes specially to engage in dialogue with everyone about our common home”. His sources are various and rich. There are firstly predecessors’ interventions since 60’s. But the Pope Francis’ encyclical is the first which is completely dedicate to ecology, defined as an integral human ecology, in the three relations constituent of each human: relationship to each other, to the earth and God. The principle of common good is inseparable of ecology. It’s an invitation to a transparent and automatic dialogue as well as an invitation to a widespread ecological conversion. We can note important elements for the current negotiations about the Climate Change Conference in Paris. |
