| Summary, etc. | Les mines de fer de Normandie ont, tout au long de leur histoire, rassemblé de grandes quantités d’individus de toutes régions et de toutes origines. L’intrusion de nombreux ouvriers dans des contrées rurales modifie sensiblement les équilibres sociaux et politiques hérités de temps plus anciens. La construction, dans la plupart des bourgs ruraux proches des exploitations minières, qui rassemble les mineurs célibataires et les familles ouvrières, va engendrer la mise en place de sociabilités nouvelles. Celles ci, d’une grande richesse, présentent des caractéristiques qui ont marqué durablement les modes de vie et les paysages de certaines contrées de notre région. |
