La première transformation concerne la croissante consolidation d’une société civile et des ONG. Le deuxième changement est lié à l’épuisement d’un profil de militantisme politique et à l’avènement de nouvelles modalités pragmatiques d’implication citoyenne. Enfin, l’article analyse les principales mutations produites dans les médias et les industries culturelles et leurs conséquences au niveau de la représentation des publics et des débats sociaux. |

| Summary, etc. | The article analyzes three major changes in Latin American organization and representation of interests that have occurred as a result of various crises in the trade unions and political parties. The first transformation concerns the growing consolidation of a civil society and NGOs as one of the major actors in the region. The second change is related to the exhaustion of a profile of political activism and the advent of new pragmatic modalities of citizen involvement. Finally, the article analyzes the main mutations produced in the media and the cultural industries and their consequences in the representation of the public and the social debates. |

| Summary, etc. | El artículo analiza tres grandes mutaciones producidas a nivel de la organización y representación de los intereses sociales en América Latina tras las diversas crisis de los sindicatos y partidos políticos. La primera transformación concierne la consolidación creciente de la sociedad civil y de las ONG como unos de los grandes actores en la región. El segundo cambio analizado refiere al agotamiento de un perfil de militantismo político y el advenimiento de nuevas modalidades pragmáticas de implicación ciudadana. Por último, el artículo analiza las principales mutaciones producidas en los medios de comunicación y las industrias culturales y sus consecuencias a nivel de la representación de los públicos y los debates sociales. |
