Cette défense inconsciente protège de la terreur de se sentir potentiellement victime impuissante d’un environnement pathogène, en même temps qu’elle empêche de s’en dégager. Les situations de burn-out se révèlent souvent symptomatiques de ce processus. Comment accompagner, en thérapie ou en coaching, dans ces conditions ?La méthode du minidrame situe le vécu du sujet dans ses liens avec son environnement. Cette forme de psychodrame (« drame ») psychanalytique par projection sur des figurines miniatures (« mini ») peut être mobilisée par des thérapeutes et des coachs ayant de solides bases psychanalytiques. Elle facilite l’analyse des enjeux inconscients dans les familles et les organisations, tant pour la pratique clinique que pour la recherche. |

It eases the analysis of unconscious issues in families and organizations, for both clinical practice and research. |
