Le travail décrit a été élaboré dans une CJC rattachée à un centre de soin et d’accompagnement en addictologie. Il se base sur un dialogue entre pratique clinique et réflexion théorique complémentariste se référant aux champs de la psychanalyse individuelle et groupale. Nous tentons de décrire ici la manière dont la question de la transgression influence la clinique des CJC, en éclairant ces constats cliniques par des apports théoriques empruntés à différents champs. |

| Summary, etc. | What place should transgressions of the law be given in Clinical Consultations for Young Consumers (CCYC)?Numbers of young patients come to consultation in addiction care centres within the framework of transgressions of the law. This reported study was developed in consultation with a care centre organization the CCYC created to support young people with addiction problems. It was based on a dialogue between clinical practice and theoretical reflection, referring to the fields of individual and group psychoanalysis. We attempted to describe here the way transgressions influence the practice in these consultations by enlightening clinical reports with theoretical contributions from various fields. |

El trabajo aquí descrito ha sido laborado en una Consulta Jóvenes Consumidores vinculada a un Centro de Cuidados y Acompañamiento en adictología. Está basado en un diálogo entre práctica clínica y reflexión teórica complementarista referida a los campos del psicoanálisis individual y grupal. Intentamos describir aquí el modo como la cuestión de la transgresión influye en la clínica de las CJC, aclarando estas comprobaciones clínicas con aportaciones teóricas tomadas de diferentes campos. |
