Malgré ces évidences, de nombreuses questions restent posées, qui tiennent au caractère intriqué et complexe des axes étiopathogéniques incriminés. |

This is true for all the psychiatric syndromes surveyed, except for substance abuse. However, many questions remain in order to determine the role played by physical and emotional trauma as well as the complex interaction between pre-, per- and post-traumatic psychological and physiogenic factors. |
