| Summary, etc. | L’article étudie le regroupement des domaines pratiqué à des fins fiscales et sur une base de recensement cadastral dans l’Antiquité romaine. Cette technique de liaison se nomme la contributio des domaines et elle est expliquée dans un passage des « Controverses agraires » de l’arpenteur Hygin. À la même époque que ce texte, on en possède une illustration spectaculaire dans la façon dont les Tables alimentaires italiennes regroupent les domaines en cotes cadastrales et fiscales afin de définir une liste de lots affermés, liste nommée obligatio praediorum (engagement des domaines). Ce mode cadastral et fiscal est étudié en détail à partir de la table la plus explicite, celle de Veleia, dans l’Apennin de Plaisance. La connaissance technique de cette procédure d’affermage aide à se faire une idée du sens de termes comme fundus et villa, dans ce type de documents et à retenir une pluralité de significations. |

| Summary, etc. | The cadastral and fiscal linking of landed estates according to the alimentary tables and the gromatic writings of the 1st and 2nd century A.DThis paper analyzes the way landed estates in Roman Antiquity were consolidated for fiscal reasons, on the basis of the cadastral census. This linking technique was called the estate contributio and was outlined in a passage of the De Controversiis Agrorum written by Hygin, a land-surveyor. A spectacular illustration of this method is provided, in the same period in which Hygin’s text was written, by the way the alimentary tables from Italy consolidated estates under cadastral and fiscal call numbers, so as to determine a list of leaseholds, called obligatio praediorum (estate pledging). This cadastral and fiscal approach is analyzed in detail through the most explicit table available, that of Veleia, in the Piacenza Appenines. Through the technical understanding of this leasing procedure, we come closer to grasping the true meaning of terms such as fundus and villa in this kind of source, and conclude to a plurality of meanings. |

Esta técnica de ligazón se llama la contributio de los dominios y la explica un fragmento de las “Controversias agrarias” del agrimensor Hygin. Contemporánea de este texto, se conserva una espectacular ilustración de la reagrupación por las mesas alimentarias italianas de las fincas en cuotas catastrales y fiscales con el fin de definir una lista de lotes arrendados, llamada obligatio praediorum (obligaciones de los dominios). Esta modalidad catastral y fiscal se estudia detalladamente a partir de la lista más explicita, la de Veleia, en el Apenino de Piacenza. El conocimiento de esta técnica de arrendamiento ayuda a entender mejor el significado de términos como fundus y villa en este tipo de documentos y permite atribuirles una pluralidad de sentidos. |
