Summary, etc. | L’objet-frontière permet-il de réguler les conflits interpersonnels dans le secteur social et médico-social ? L’usage d’un objet frontière cadre le questionnement, et une démarche ethnographique de deux études de cas longitudinales dans le secteur social et médico-social est déployée. Les résultats montrent deux trajectoires contrastées : un premier cas (REPOSANCE) marqué par la persistance des conflits interpersonnels et la perte de sens, un second cas (RESTOS DU CŒUR) montrant une capacité de prise en charge effective des conflits interpersonnels. En proposant le concept d’objet-frontière, nous montrons leur rôle dans la prise en charge vertueuse et pérenne des conflits interpersonnels. |

Summary, etc. | Do Boundary object help regulate interpersonal conflicts in the social and medico-socialsector? The boundary object framesthe questioning. An ethnographic approachof two longitudinal case studies in the social and medico-social sector had been deployed. Theresults show two contrasting trajectories : a first case (REPOSANCE) marked by thepersistence of interpersonal conflicts and the loss of meaning, a second case (RESTOS DUCŒUR) showing a capacity for effective management of interpersonal conflicts. Byproposing the concept of boundary object, we show their role in the virtuousand sustainable handling of interpersonal conflicts. |
