| Summary, etc. | À partir d’une analyse du traitement des enjeux liés au sport au sein du Parti communiste français (PCF) depuis sa création, cet article propose d’interroger les représentations communes qui envisagent la construction doctrinale au sein des organisations partisanes comme un processus centralisé impliquant un nombre réduit de dirigeants et dont le résultat se diffuserait ensuite de manière descendante. Ce cas doublement limite, du fait de la relégation des enjeux sportifs et de la place particulière du PCF dans le champ politique, suggère au contraire qu’un tel travail ne s’élabore pas simplement au sein des commissions dédiées, qui peuvent du reste représenter elles-mêmes des espaces assez ouverts aux influences extérieures, mais aussi et peut-être surtout à travers les politiques publiques mises en œuvre par des exécutifs nationaux ou locaux dont les agents portent les couleurs du parti concerné, en fonction de leurs propres dispositions militantes et de la configuration socio-politique où elles se déploient. |

| Summary, etc. | Based on an analysis of the treatment of sports-related issues within the French Communist Party (PCF) since its creation, this article proposes to question the common representations that envisage the doctrinal construction within partisan organisations as a centralised process involving a reduced number of leaders and whose result would then be disseminated in a top-down manner. This doubly borderline case, given the relegation of sporting issues and the particular place of the PCF in the political field, suggests, on the contrary, that such work is not simply developed within dedicated commissions, which may themselves represent spaces that are fairly open to external influences, but also, and perhaps above all, through public policies implemented by national or local executives whose agents wear the colours of the party concerned, according to their own militant dispositions and the socio-political configuration in which they are deployed. |
