Summary, etc. | L’intérêt sans cesse croissant pour la responsabilité sociale des entreprises (RSE) est aussi visible dans les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME), notamment celles dirigées par les femmes. Cet engouement pour la RSE nous motive à montrer le rôle des pratiques RSE chez les femmes entrepreneures en Côte d’Ivoire. Pour atteindre cet objectif, une approche qualitative a été adoptée et les données recueillies à l’aide d’un guide d’entretien adressé à des femmes entrepreneures en Côte d’Ivoire. Les résultats montrent que les pratiques RSE au sein de ces PME sont fonction des valeurs culturelles, religieuses et d’une conception innée de la RSE chez les femmes entrepreneures. En outre, les résultats montrent l’importance des pratiques RSE sur la pérennité de l’entreprise et sur les attitudes et comportements des employés et des dirigeantes. Il ressort également que ces pratiques RSE catégorisées en GRH socialement responsables permettent une meilleure conciliation de la vie familiale et de la vie professionnelle. |

Summary, etc. | The ever-growing interest in corporate social responsibility (CSR) is also visible in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), especially those run by women. This enthusiasm for CSR motivates us to show the role of CSR practices among women entrepreneurs in Côte d’Ivoire. To achieve this objective, a qualitative approach was adopted and data collected using an interview guide addressed to women entrepreneurs in Côte d’Ivoire. The results show that CSR practices within these SMEs are a function of cultural and religious values and an innate conception of CSR among women entrepreneurs. In addition, the results show the importance of CSR practices on the sustainability of the company and on the attitudes and behaviors of employees and managers. It also appears that these CSR practices categorized as socially responsible HRM allow a better reconciliation of family life and professional life. |
