| Summary, etc. | L’atelier que nous avons proposé sur la trajectoire émotionnelle a remporté un franc succès lors de la conférence Procréa 2021 qui rassemble les accompagnateurs en entrepreneuriat. Pourtant, une recherche-action lancée dans la foulée avec des volontaires afin d’approfondir la prise en charge effective des émotions au cours du processus d’accompagnement entrepreneurial n’a pas rencontré l’engagement escompté. Nous cherchons dans cet article à comprendre ce paradoxe : pourquoi le sujet des émotions suscite-t-il à la fois tant de curiosité mais aussi tant de résistances quand il s’agit de les faire entrer dans les pratiques d’accompagnement entrepreneurial ? |

| Summary, etc. | Our workshop on the emotional trajectory met a great success at the Procréa 2021 (the biggest French conference for entrepreneurship coaches). An action-research project was then launched with volunteers to get a closer look at how emotions are actually dealt with during the entrepreneurial support process. We were disappointed that the project did not meet with the commitment we had hoped for. In this article, we seek to understand this paradox: why does the subject of emotions arouse both such curiosity and such resistance when it comes to incorporating them into entrepreneurial coaching practices? |
