Summary, etc. Introduction: The World Health Organisation requires every clinical decision to be evidence-based.Context: It is therefore imperative that nurses practice Evidence Based Practice (EBP). Training must start at the bachelor’s level and continue at Master’s level. The Advancing Research and Clinical practice through close Collaboration Model (ARCC-E©) implementation model includes assessment tools.Aims: to adapt the French version and test the psychometric properties of the Evidence-Based Practice Belief for Students (EBPB-S).Method: The cross-cultural adaptation of the EBPB-S was carried out according to Beaton’s methodology, in 6 stages. The psychometric properties were tested. Results: The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient obtained for the test was 0.88 and 0.92 for the re-test. The overall score obtained for the test was 53.28 and 54.76 for the re-test, demonstrating the stability of the results. However, the overall score indicates a lack of conviction and training in EBPDiscussion and conclusion: Cross-cultural adaptation was satisfactory. Master’s students will be able to take on the role of mentor to support EBP practice. The EBPB-S will enable teachers to assess whether objectives have been achieved during EBP training. Training nursing students and Masters students in EBP is a priority.
