520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The author proposes a psychodynamic analysis of a clinical case study of a 16-year-old anorexic-bulimic girl, hospitalized in the psychiatric ward for adolescents and young adults. The clinical material presented here was gathered over a period of several months in the framework of individual and family interviews, group therapy sessions and «accompanied rest periods». This analysis is based on a main hypothesis: that the anorexic-bulimic syndrome constitutes the acting-out of an incorporation fantasy which can be interpreted both on the oedipal and on the narcissistic-melancholic levels. At the heart of the problem configuration underlying this case study is the question of the articulation between the act itself and fantasy in eating disorders and, beyond that, in all addictive acting-out.
